An invoice, as text or as a scan, goes in. Vendor, invoice number and amount come out as typed values.

Filled values are schema-constrained: an integer is always an integer, and a list always parses. Extracted values come with a calibrated self-check, so a low-confidence field (for example a purchase order ID at 0.58) can be routed for review instead of silently trusted.
